Nelson’s Cleaning Co.
Privacy Policy
Effective October 2026
Review before relying on this: these terms were written in plain language from how we actually run the business. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer.
Who we are
Nelson’s Cleaning Co. is a residential house cleaning business run by Julia and Luis Nelson, serving El Centro and the Imperial Valley, California. You can reach us at hello@nelsonscleaningco.com or (760) 332-8288.
What we collect
When you request a quote through the form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the address of the home to be cleaned, and the details you give us about the home and the service you want. If you call, text, email, or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation and the contact details you share. If you become a client, we also keep your service history and payment records.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request, prepare a quote, schedule and carry out the cleaning, send reminders and invoices, and reply to your questions. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Services we use
The quote form is provided by Jobber, the software we use to schedule jobs and send invoices. What you type into the form is stored with Jobber under their privacy policy, and the form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. Our website is built and hosted on Framer, which gives us anonymous, aggregate page view counts without cookies. Payments made through Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo are handled by those services under their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and client records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. If you want your information removed, email hello@nelsonscleaningco.com and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. California residents have these rights under state law, and we extend them to everyone.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
