Move In / Move Out Cleaning in El Centro & the Imperial Valley
Landlords and new owners check the same handful of things during a walkthrough, and this service is built around exactly those: inside every cabinet and drawer, inside the oven, fridge, and dishwasher, behind pulled-out appliances, windows and tracks, closets, and baseboards. It covers move-in day or move-out day, down to the details that actually get inspected.

Carpet shampooing, exterior windows, and repairs fall outside this service and get quoted separately. If a unit isn’t fully empty on arrival, that changes the scope, and it gets covered before work starts.
Who it’s for
Renters who want the deposit back, landlords getting a unit ready for the next tenant, families moving into a new home in the Imperial Valley, and anyone selling a house who wants it to show well. The home should be empty, or close to it, so we can reach every cabinet, closet, and baseboard.
Before we arrive
Move out furniture and boxes, or tell us what will still be there.
Leave the power and water on so we can run the faucets and the oven light.
Send us the walkthrough checklist from your landlord or realtor if you have one.
What’s not included
Carpet shampooing, exterior windows, and repairs fall outside this service and get quoted separately. Hardwired fixtures and gas or plumbing lines are never touched, for safety reasons. If the unit is not empty on arrival, that changes the scope, and we settle it with you before work starts.
What affects the price
The level of cleanliness affects the price the most, which is why our quote form asks about it. Size, the number of bathrooms, and the service you choose come next. We charge a little extra per pet in the home. Every estimate is confirmed with an in-person walkthrough before work starts, so there are no surprises on the day. We accept cash, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo.
Do I need to be home?
You are welcome to stay, but you do not have to. We only need you there for the walkthrough at the start and a quick look at the end. In between, you are free to leave.
Questions about Move In / Move Out Cleaning
Does it include the inside of cabinets, the oven, and the fridge?
Yes. Inside every cabinet and drawer, inside the oven, fridge, and dishwasher, and behind pulled-out appliances are all standard here.
Does the home need to be empty?
Empty or close to it. If furniture or boxes will still be there, tell us when you ask for a quote so the walkthrough covers it.
Can you clean on the day I hand over the keys?
Often, yes. Book as early as you can and tell us the handover time so we can plan the day around it.
Do you do move-in cleans for new owners?
Yes. The same checklist works for a home you are moving into, so you start with clean cabinets, closets, and appliances.
Do I need to be there?
Only for the walkthrough at the start and a quick look at the end. In between, you are free to leave.
